VicRoads Ringwood Customer Hub

The Ringwood Customer Service Centre is at 110 Maroondah Highway. Known as the Ringwood Customer Hub, it provides all of VicRoads' over-the-counter services.

The Ringwood Customer Hub provides modern purpose-built spaces and a state-of-the-art customer experience featuring digital self-serve kiosks making customer transactions quicker and simpler.

The Hub is designed to service customers who require quick, walk-in transactions.

VicRoads customers arriving by car can park at local car-parking facilities near the Hub, including Eastland Shopping Centre. The Hub also has a 2-minute set-down area next to the taxi rank directly outside.

The Hub is just 80 metres from Ringwood train station and the bus interchange making it easily accessible for the local community.
