Our coffee boutiques are equipped with state-of-the-art coffee equipment that are only ever so slightly eclipsed by our specialty award-winning signature blend. Our Cinq Étoiles blend is individually roasted as single origins daily by our Master Roasters right here in Melbourne. These five single origins are then carefully blended to achieve the perfect balance. Our Cinq Étoiles blend marries perfectly with our locally sourced Jersey milk or your favourite alternative milk for the ultimate smoothness.

Our green beans are handpicked from various altitudes and locations from around the World. They are completely traceable right back to the farms that they come from. This is to ensure that we are supporting sustainable and ethical practices where the farmers are rewarded fairly. We remain fully dedicated in minimising our carbon footprint by supporting small local businesses just like ours and adopt closed loop practices whenever possible. We are firmly rooted in family values!
