Lost & Found
Lost property is collected and stored at the Guest Services desk on Level 2 near Mecca. All items are held for a period of two months, except for valuable items which are handed to the local police station on the same day.

Mobility Equipment
Complimentary mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and motorised scooters, can be loaned from Guest Services.
No bookings are required. Please visit Guest Services on Level 2, near MECCA.
Gift Cards
The perfect gift every time. The Eastland Gift Card is the ultimate way to keep that someone special spoilt for choice with a captivating collection of world-class brands and engaging culinary experiences.
Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount between $20 and $500*, with a $1.50 issuance fee per card. All gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
The Eastland Gift Card is available to purchase at our Guest Services Desk, located on Level 2, near MECCA. EFTPOS and credit card payments accepted only.
