Accessibility
Eastland is an accessible destination for everyone. Easy and efficient pedestrian entry is available from various routes including Ringwood Street, Warrandyte Road, Maroondah Highway and Ringwood Station. If arriving by train or bus, disembark at Ringwood Station and cross over Maroondah Highway at the pedestrian lights for a short walk into Town Square for easy access into Eastland.
Changing Places
Eastland is the first Australian Shopping Centre to offer a Changing Places bathroom, successfully meeting the needs of all people with disabilities and their carers. A functional, private area providing the extra equipment and space to change and shower with ease, Changing Places is located on North side level 1 (near Coles) or South side level 3 Town Square (near The Cellar Door). This space is fitted with a height adjustable, full-sized changing bench, tracking hoist system and enough room for carers to assist comfortably within.

Mobility Equipment
Complimentary mobility equipment including wheelchairs and motorised scooters can be loaned from Guest Services.

Staebel Patient Transfer
This patient transfer device is used for helping patients when standing from a seated position (ie; wheelchair) and for ease of access to use the amenities. This device is intended for patients who can stand but not necessarily walk and is available for complimentary use in the amenities within Level B1 only.

Elevator, Lifts & Wheelchair Access
Ramp and lift wheelchair access are available at each corner of Eastland, including the East Side, West Side and Town Square. Find your nearest lift in the centre directory and map - simply type in 'elevator' into the search bar.
