Eastland offers an array of flexible boardroom and meeting space options to cater for your next business meeting, guest function or training session. From formal boardrooms to a collaborative business hub or an intimate lounge, there is a facility available to suit your needs.

We provide complimentary water, tea and coffee, and can put together a comprehensive catering package within your budget to create a premium experience for your guests.

Facilities

All boardrooms are equipped with screens, wifi, conference phone and whiteboard. The Lounge has comfortable seats and couches for informal, smaller meetings and the Business Hub is equipped with multiple device charging points.

All rooms are located on Level B1 and have access to bathrooms and a kitchenette. Catering packages can also be arranged.

Availability and Price

Boardrooms are available for bookings on weekdays during Eastland trading hours:

Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm
Thursday and Friday 9am to 8.30pm

After hours, weekend and public holiday bookings may be negotiated at a minimum of 3 hours and will be charged at $60 per hour (ex GST).

Cancellation policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Please note a fee will be charged for late cancellations.
