Eastland offers an array of flexible boardroom and meeting space options to cater for your next business meeting, guest function, or training session.

Facilities

All boardroom are equipped with screens, WiFi, a whiteboard, and multiple device charging points. Located on Level B1, the rooms offer access to bathrooms and a kitchenette, with water and coffee provided.

Availability and Price

Boardrooms are available for bookings on weekdays during Eastland trading hours:

Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm
Thursday and Friday 9am to 8.30pm

After hours, weekend and public holiday bookings may be negotiated at a minimum of 3 hours and will be charged at $60 per hour (ex GST).

Cancellation policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Please note a fee will be charged for late cancellations.
